Cousins Photo Shoot - Part 1

Today I was excited to get the DVD in the mails with the pictures from the photo shoot my girls and nieces and nephew had a couple of weeks ago.

 

This one had the potential to be my favorite....if only Hope didn't "love" Devin quite so much.....she claims him as her prince.

 And then each kids stepped forward from the group for a photo.  I like seeing where Juliana is in the backgrounds.

Butterflies

Last weekend we had a few blooming weeds at the edge of our yard that attracted butterflies.  It was a cool sight to see. 

 

Hope and Juliana chased them.

 

A beautiful black and gold 'Steelers' butterfly....dominating a purple bloom......there is a football analogy in here somewhere.

Cousin Photo Shoot

We were able to reschedule the cousin photo shoot that was rained out at the end of June. I thought the kids did great and the photo shoot went as well as one with six kids could. Here is one of my favorites.

These are the faces I want to remember forever - ketchup and all.

 

Blue Polka Dots

 

One of Juliana's latest obsessions is painting her finger and toe nails.  All by herself.  Sometimes she paints all of her toes, not just her nails.

 

Here is a sequence of photos of her painting her toe nails.

 Now that she is a beautified, she grabbed her backpack to head off to school.

 But she stopped to do a dance with Hope first.

 Juliana's blue and white dress is a hand-me-down from Hope.  Here is Hope in the same dress, at about the same age that Juliana was in the above photos.
